Vicat needle apparatus

The Vicat needle Apparatus is a laboratory instrument used to determine the standard consistency and setting times (initial and final) of hydraulic cement, mortar, and gypsum paste. It consists of a frame, a 300g movable rod, a 10mm plunger, a 1mm needle, and a conical mold. Automated versions are available for efficient, multi-sample testing.
